Cyber incident causes flight disruption

As technology advances and begins to expand its reach across many industries the risks and drawbacks of this are an integral thing to consider. This can be seen with its effect in all forms of transport and the new considerations railways and airports are having to consider. A recent incident has shown us yet another one of these considerations as a cyber-security incident has caused Boeing Subsidiary Jeppesen issues surrounding their flight planning.
