The U.S. is so far behind on high-speed rail compared to other countries regarding high-speed rail. It’s different when you go to countries in Europe or Asia with countries packed everywhere with high-speed rails. It is not like the U.S. cannot afford to build its high-speed rail lanes. It’s just that it seems it didn’t matter for a long time. But now, with the changes, we have seen regarding technology, environmental sustainability, and other factors that make anyone think of making a big development. It’s what will matter when it becomes more of a need than just a “thought” or a “dream” for those who want to build it. Nonetheless, having this in mind would mean that many things will have to improve if the U.S. really wants to improve how they expect to apply these developments.
